FOR PERSONAL TRAINERS
Your hours, and who fills them
Clients book 1:1 sessions into the times you are free — no back-and-forth.
Clients book 1:1 sessions into the times you are actually free, small groups run off the same schedule, and cash or card is their choice — no back-and-forth.
AVAILABILITY
One-to-one without the texting
Publish your weekly hours and session types once. Clients see the open times in their own timezone and take one. Free on an instructor account; a gym adds it on Pro.
GROUPS
Small-group training too
Publish small-group sessions at the capacity you set, and let people book straight off your schedule.
PAYMENTS
Cash or card, their choice
Take card at booking, or cash at the door if you allow it — either way it lands in your revenue.
CLIENTS
Notes and packs in one place
Track goals per client and sell session packs instead of billing one at a time. Email reminders go out before every session.
BOOK 1:1s WITHOUT THE BACK-AND-FORTH
Set your hours. Clients pick an open time.
01
Set your hours and session types
Add your weekly availability once, and block off exceptions when plans change. Each session length and price is its own offering.
02
Clients pick an open time
They see only the times you are actually free — in their own timezone, so there is no “does 3pm work for you?” back-and-forth.
03
Pay, and get reminded
Card at booking, or cash at the door if you allow it. Either way an automatic email reminder goes out before the session.
What it costs to train people here
Free has no limits on sessions, clients or packs, and no monthly cost — a 3.5% fee on each booking is all we charge, on top of Stripe’s card processing. Paid plans bring that fee down and add your own branding, promo codes and email campaigns. These are the solo-instructor plans; a gym or studio running the same sessions prices on the business ladder — the comparison link below opens it.
