ABOUT SAVASYNC

Your schedule, your clients, your money.

Booking, payments, memberships, waivers and check-in — for one instructor, or a studio with a room full of them. The people who do this work are not short of ideas about their classes. They are short of evenings.

What happens while you’re teaching

It’s seven in the evening and you’re mid-class. Someone you’ve never met finds your schedule — on your public booking page, or embedded in the website you already have — and books Thursday from the browser on their phone, without downloading a thing.

They pay on the spot: a card, a pack they bought last month, or a membership that renews on its own. The charge is made on your own Stripe account, not ours. If your plan carries a platform fee, it comes off at that moment, and Stripe pays you on the schedule you’ve set with them. If they’d rather bring cash on Thursday, that’s a booking too, and it carries no platform fee, because we never touched the money.

The confirmation is already in their inbox with your name on it. A reminder follows before class, and if you ever have to cancel, everyone who booked hears at once, without you writing a word.

Thursday comes. They scan a QR code at the door — check-in is free on every plan — and by the time you’ve locked up, the night is already accounted for: who came, who didn’t, what the class brought in, and what each person who taught it is owed.

What we decided not to build

Most of what makes this category expensive is software you were never going to open. These are the choices behind the price, and the ones we would defend hardest.

No contract, and no per-location pricing

One price for the whole business, however many rooms or addresses it has. Nothing to sign, no setup fee, month-to-month if you want it, and cancelling is a button in your account rather than a phone call.

We never hold your money

Holding your money would make us a party to your business rather than a tool in it, so every charge lands in your Stripe account, not in a balance we control. If you have instructors on the books, we work out what each is owed for the classes they taught — a flat rate, per head, a share of the takings, or a mix — and hand you the report. Paying them stays yours, which is also where the tax paperwork belongs.

Free is the whole product, not a trial

No cap on classes, clients, memberships, packs or staff, and nothing that expires. On Free, our fee is 3.5% of the card payments you take through the platform, so we earn when you do. The paid plans cut that fee and add extras — your own branding, email campaigns and promo codes among them. What they never do is lift a limit, because there isn’t one.

No retail till, no franchise management, no workout programming

That software is why the incumbents cost what they cost, and most of it was never for you. We do scheduling, payments and the people around them. For a personal trainer that means booking and getting paid; the programming app you already like stays the programming app you already like.

One published price list

Everything we charge is on the pricing page, including the card processing that is not ours to keep. No quotes, no sales call to find out the number, and when a paid plan’s trial ends, the bill is the price on that page, nothing above it.

United States only, for now

Said here rather than discovered at checkout. Payments, tax handling and the legal terms are built for one country at a time, and doing a second one badly would be worse than not doing it yet.

The whole price list is one page.

Including the card processing we do not keep, and the fee we do.
